at Lengineering Ltd we will:

-  produce a structural scheme 

-  liaise with the Architect and other team members during the design development process

-  complete a set of plans and structural details for the project

-  produce a structural calculation package and issue it to Building Control or the Approved Inspector for Approval

-  prepare details to support the Party Wall Award and liaise with the Party Wall Surveyor

-  prepare a structural specification and the CDM document

-  visit site during the construction stage and liaise with the Contractor ( a number of visits are included in our offer)

-  comment upon structural defects and prepare repair details

we also prepare:

-  Screening Reports for basement developments

-  Basement Impact Assessment Reports (BIA)

-  Reports for Freeholder consent

-  Reports for Listed Building consent

-  Structural Method Statements

-  Documents for Building Over Notice (Thames Water Approval)
